    Honestly, the psychiatrist will do little to help them, either. What people should do first is see a nutritionist/dietician. They should see someone who just makes sure they are getting a nutritious diet, the proper amount of sleep, and at least a passable amount of exercise. If that doesn’t help them (I seriously doubt *most,* (not all) depressed people take care of themselves) then *maybe* after trying this a few months, just living healthily (what a concept?)they should see a psychiatrist.

    Stop giving people false hope as they purchase your “herbs”. Your anecdotal cures do not constitute a scientific proof. The placebo effect is alive and well. People should see a psychiatrist if they are depressed.
