Tea made from mint, chamomile & valerian is very soothing. Getting enough sleep really should be the priority. Avoid sugar, caffeine, tobacco, and alcohol. Whole grain products, especially brown rice, dark green veggies, citrus fruits and organic meats will help. Basically the least processed the better. Buy food that is by itself, then prepare at home. Or another guide is not to buy anything that has more than five ingredients in it. AND AVOID MSG, aspartame and margarine like the plague.
