I don’t know what book your talking about. Is the name of the book Natural Cures? Or is the name Natural Cures They Don’t Want You To Know About? Or is it More Natural Cures? If your looking for answers to health question I would suggest buying a book called Nutritional Almanac. It has lots of general health information, remedies and reference material. It was written by a group of doctors who included a broad scope of information. You can learn about herbs, ayurvedic, supplements and more. They list symptoms and remedies. Originally it was written as a reference book for diet analysis. This book will help you get the facts, not the fantasy. I use it as my health bible. It has everything I need to do research on symptoms.

In my opinion it is a ripoff. It does not give that much information as to cures except for websites. Amazingly those websites have fees to use them, to the same guy who wrote the book.

Unfortunately, the Trudeau books tout natural cure claims, but then tell you once you buy the book that they can’t tell you the claims in the book or the government will come after the author and that the only way he can tell you the cures is for you to join his website at yet more additional cost to you.

I’m not criticizing the claims at all (I think a number are probably valid), just that Trudeau is being deceptive in his marketing practices.

Many of the cures they list are indeed valid. Some "help" to a small extent, that is where homework comes in. For example, cinnamon for diabetes. That has been scientifically proven and yet many disagree with it. I have seen the results so I know this one to be true. Grapeseed oil is essential to anyone with high cholesterol. It definately works. I could go on and on…lol.
A close family member has all of the things you have listed, so we have been doing extensive homework because medication, albeit essential, is not getting the job done. We have had to find alternate ways to help the meds do their work and we are finding positive results.
