It is definitely not b.s. Candida is real very real. If you do have Candida it will definitely affect your moods and over all health. You must first make sure you do have Candida. There are some tests you can do by answering to questions. I think naturopaths have a test for it too. If you do have Candida then you must really do your best to get rid of it. I know people who had many health related problems to to candida and after they went on the
anti candida diet, they felt 100 times better. It is real. Believe me.
References :
Nope, not BS. The overgrowth can cause a number of things, including depression. Others are fatigue, memory loss, mood swings, muscle & joint pain, skin infection, digestive upsets, congestion, headache, kidney/badder infections. and canker sores. Plus a lot more. It has been implicated in some cases of impotence and prostatitis. Check out books on Herbal Healing
References :
Prescription for Herbal Healing by Phyllis A.
Hi there !
There is a saying .." everything starts with the mind.." !
Medically there is NO relation between the two....!
But the "fact" or a "feeling" that you are "diseased" itself will drive any person into a stage of "worry" or "stress" or "tension", for which different person will react in different ways..!
Some people go into the stage of "depression" ..thats all..!
understood ...?
But for any disease, though early diagnosis and treatment is very important, more stress should be given to the aspect of "prevention" !
best wishes...!
References :
medical experience..
