Any natural remedies that will help me battle depression and anger issues?

I’ve had a problem with anger for a long time. Lately I’ve been very depressed as well … just not feeling like myself. I’ve been having troubles with my back that just haven’t gotten better, which have made things worse. I’m scheduled for a surgery in a couple of months that could leave me paralyzed. Please help!

Honestly, no joke. If you are really serious about your anger issues then read this guide:

http://www.how-to-control-your-anger.com/

It’s a totally free 7-part guide and it changed my life forever. I promise.

(This isn’t spam or anything it is really good) I recommend it to everyone

and by da way i will suggest that you start watching your thoughts all the time…no matter how many thoughts u skip u will find one and tht gives u immense pleasure..when u spot a negative thought as it arise and it disappears…slowly n steadily u will create more gaps and negative thoughts get replaced by joy ,,and finally u will see what makes u feel depressed and in control of ur mind….

Feelings of loneliness, and/or anger often occur with depression, but usually fade with effective treatment. Anger management is addressed in section 4; view page C first.

See section 2, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris on page R first. Use the 7 core treatments, and consider taking either St. John’s wort, (recommended sources, only!) one of the top 2 NATURAL PRODUCTS, or one of the OTHER supplements, such as inositol, or SAMe, but it is unwise to use any of the latter with antidepressants, without medical advice, particularly the wort (serotonin syndrome risk).

Choose to be optimistic, and maintain a positive attitude. Also see, as applicable, male depression, and eventually the rest of section 2. Take the depression quiz on page J, in section 2, at ezy build, and if positive, print, and take to your doctor, to eliminate medical causes.

Read: "Lift your mood now." by John D Preston, Psy.D. 2001, New Harbinger Publications, Inc., 5674 Shattuck Avenue, Oakland. CA (short, 5 - 10 mn. chapters; easily immediately implemented), & "Feeling Good - the new mood therapy" by David D. Burns, from your bookstore, or Amazon.com (read next; skip parts which don’t apply; read them later; it’s VERY comprehensive).

I’d be very wary of operations on my back, and I strongly suggest that you first consult an osteopath, get treatment from a RECOMMENDED chiropractor, (preferably one using the new, manipulation machines) and acupuncture. If considerable pain is involved, there are now battery operated electronic stimulation devices which interfere with pain signals.

Most people are suggestible, to some degree, so you could either seek professional hypnotherapy, or, quicker, cheaper, and more conveniently: http://www.hypnosisdownloads.com Chronic Pain Management, or Pain Relief. http://www.instant-hypnosis.com/hypnosis/ has: Relief from Back Pain. http://www.asktheinternettherapist.com/ has: Pain Reduction. CD, tape, or MP3. Also check out section 50, at ezy build for a natural product worth considering, if desperate.

Remember, operations are often irreversible, so I would be trying all the other options first, and keep it in the arsenal, as a last resort.

Figure out what you need to do and be proud of it when done. Learn how to perceive positively. Read a book or short stories these help. Don’t get angry at anyone just be kind to them, but be safe. You are telling yourself to get angry on certain situations. Be a servant you will be much happier. Watch some comedies. It is tough when others want to take away your peace, but give them positive solutions. People won’t change you have to change yourself and set the example. Stay calm when others aggravate you. It will burn coals over their head.

Find a good doctor for your back. Health care is always improving. There will be an answer. We are all promised good in our future.

St. Johns Wart is a natural remedy for depression, but you should talk to a doctor about that because I think it can affect other medications you may be on. Also, it will not help for your anger problems (from my experience). I have been on medication to treat anxiety and depression in the past. While my anxiety did decrease, my anger issues were always there. I think with anger issues, therapy and meditation can help, but you really need to work at how your react to things and concentrate on controlling it. Also, from my experience, st. johns wart worked just as well as what the doctor had prescribed me, but it doesn’t work for everyone.

Good luck with your surgery, I truly hope it goes well for you.
