Maybe you just need to have something done to make yourself feel better. Do not take anti-depressants (too many side effects). Look aromatherapy...a few people I know have had it done, and after, it seems like they are a whole new person..they really seem to glow. Also, one more thing. Don't be sad, be glad. Life's short. We've all been upset at one point, but we know it is not worth it!

Yes excersise can be great. But its not enough. Excercise along with healthy eating and right vitamins and so on needs to be combined to work effectivly. Also one of the biggest natural products u will here about is st. Johns wort. It is great. But not enough. There's lots of other plants out their with the natural chemicals to change the serotonins like meds do. But they need to all be combinded to feel a impact. I found 2 sites that has combined like 10 different plants toghter to make a big impact on depression and anxeity just like meds. Also the number 1 med is prozac but these pills showed higher rates of people overcoming depression than prozac. And they are all natural so u don't have whatever else happening to ur body and no withdrawls. The first one is called Vilift. A freind of mine took it and said it helped him just like meds did. The second one is panicyl. I read on yahoo answers here a comment a guy left about it. He said it worked wonderful. Btw the vilift has a money back guaruntee. So nothing to lose. I'm not sure if panicyl has the same guaruntee. I haven't read about that one too much yet. God Bless.
References :
yea in a way there are but like anything else you have to be careful what you take and to follow the directions. theres one called Yamin, which has different herbs in it. theres also mind soothe by native remedies which is good too,so is there focus formula which is calming on the mind.
a daily vitamin is a good idea to take, fish oils/omega 3s have been known to help as well. a study shows that taking a cool shower couple times a day is just as good as taking an anti depressant. if you get worse or feel suicidal go to a counselor/hospital whatever to get help.
also therapy can be real good for depression.
References :
I have depression and i don't believe in toxic depression meds.

Yes. Doing things that you enjoy, like exersising, reading, hanging out with friends, watching movies etc. Doing things that you enjoy doing brings on the "feel good" endorphines. This in turn makes you feel better!
