yes exercise
yes b complex vitamins in the natural food form like brown rice, lentils, chick peas, green green salad and leafy vegies, fresh salmon, fresh tuna, fresh lean meats, organic nuts and seeds like almonds and brazil nuts.
yes pinpointing and addressing food intolerances / allergies
at least 10 - 15 minutes of safe sun exposure daily
at least 8 glasses of water daily
all those things together work coupled with a positive attitude and a refusal to let your brain take control of your thoughts…… constantly telling your brain to have happy positive thoughts will go a long way towards happiness …. yoga and meditation, dancing, sport can all help increase the levels of serotonin in your brain naturally.
but most importantly……. eliminating processed food, artificial sweetners and processed drinks from your diet and processed sugar …… as all these things will only serve to set up a breeding ground for illness and disease.

Really work? You mean as well as prescription meds? None.
St John’s Wort is the most widely used herb, but it is not without its side effects, risks, interactions and contradictions. You need discuss any changes to your meds with your doctor before you do.

I Conjures’ "Remove" Candle is great. Alot of celebrities like Robert Pattison use them. You light the Candle which is packed with healing oils and if you concentrate and do the visualisation it can really, really help.
