Is it possible to overcome depression if you are unwilling to change…?
much about your life? Like if you just want to accept the depression, not go to counseling or take meds do you think a person will overcome it? What if they isolate themselves…..will this help? Thanks
It depends how severe the depression is. I don’t take meds. I still struggle a bit, but I think I’m dramatically different from when I was in this suicidal rage that seemed to go away after a while.
I have a lot of issues that I could take meds for, but I prefer to be med - free.
You would most likely change faster if you changed your thoughts, but some of the pain, anger, and sadness can still go away over time.

No it wont help if you just ignore the depression its not gonna get better it will more than likely get worse. dont isolate yourself either cause thats really gonna make it worse Just talking about it to someone can maybe help but you can always overcome depression IF YOU WANT TO!

obviously not.
if you are depressed it’s because something in your life or in your mind needs to change. that’s like asking if two cars are driving towards each other and neither one turns, will they crash
